The International Maritime Organisation (IMO) has recommended that ships’ pilots should receive Pilot Specific Bridge Resource Management training, which is supported by Pilot Associations worldwide.

This course is designed to meet the requirements laid down in IMO A.960(23), section 5.5.5 and 6.1.
