UAE Education Interface Exhibition- 8th Edition

Abu Dhabi Maritime Academy (ADMA) took part in the Education Interface 2022 Conference and Exhibition held at Mubadala IRENA under the patronage of His Highness Lt. General H.H Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior. ADMA’s stand attracted many visitors, mainly from various universities and educational institutes who learned first-hand about the role of AMDA in preparing next generation maritime leaders.

Dr. Yasser Al Wahedi, Managing Director of ADMA, spoke at the Conference highlighting that climate change has been ranked humanities most paramount challenge for the 21st century, a multi-generational problem that requires a multi-generational solution to lower carbon emission levels. He also stressed that decarbonising the maritime shipping sector is paramount but may be the most challenging among all sectors.
