This course comprises of 3 units: Understanding the Principles and Practices of Assessment, Assess Occupational Competence in the Work Environment, Assess Vocational Skills, Knowledge and Understanding.
This course gives all persons intending to operate a Pleasure Boat under 24m in length, the education and training to meet the Knowledge, Understanding and Proficiency (KUP) requirements for carrying out the role of Skipper. This course aims to meet the mandatory minimum requirements as laid down by the Ministry of Energy & Infrastructure (MoEI), Land and Marine.
