Mr. Abdullah Aldubaikhi

CEO of the National Shipping Company of Saudi Arabia

Abdullah Aldu baikhi was appointed as CEO of the National Shipping Company of Saudi Arabia (Bahri), a global leader in logistics and transportation, in January 2018.  His responsibilities encompass developing and executing the strategic direction of the company with a view to creating shareholder value, in addition to overseeing operations of its five business units.

Prior to his current role, Mr. Aldubaikhi served as CEO of the Saudi Agricultural and Livestock Investment Company (SALIC) from 2012 to 2017.  He has held CEO and Senior Management positions in a number of industries, such as investment, technology, telecommunications, and logistics and transportation.

He brings 30 years’ experience in international business management and leadership, and is a keen advocate of integrating innovation into businesses to promote success.

Mr. Aldubaikhi holds an executive MBA from the University of Oxford in the UK and a B.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals in Saudi Arabia. He sits on the board of directors of a number of companies, including Bahri Subsidiaries, Al-Essa Industries Company, AIOthaim Markets, Mulkiah Investment, Saudi Civil Aviation Holding Co (SAVC), International Maritime Industries and Petredec Limited. He is also a board member of the Alumni Advisory Council at the University of Oxford, International Tanker Owner Pollution Federation Limited (ITOPF) and Leadership Development Centre in Riyadh, as well as a member of Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO).
